I had lunch here yesterday and had one of the best plates of pasta all'amatriciana I've ever tasted, and honestly I was shocked at how reasonably priced the food here was. Highly recommend.

Walked several miles to Testaccio to meet my son who is here in Rome for the semester. The sandwich was excellent and included chicory and some kind of fried vegetable ball I give it five stars and it was worth the walk. People were very nice behind the counter despite my lousy Italian language skills

Vengo spesso al mercato di Testaccio e quando ho voglia di una carbonara, vengo qui. Ottima e tradizionale, a soli 7 euro. Anche Matriciana, Gricia, Cacio e Pepe, polpette romane fritte, insalatone ecc ecc. Tavoli esterni per mangiare tranquillamente, lontano da piccioni, zingare e venditori d'aglio. Prezzi onesti. Vivamente consigliato. Anche bar.

Das war das erste Restaurant nach unserer Ankunft, wir wollten einen Mittagssnack und waren sehr überrascht, wie lecker das Essen dort war. Sehr leckere, typisch italienische Carbonara und guter Service. Empfehlenswert :-)

Al bar caffè eccellente, migliore di altra marca triestina più blasonata. Personale molto cortese, clientela variegata, talvolta saccente. Allo "Strit fud" primi e fritti deliziosi. Molto frequentato da studenti, data la vicinanza con la facoltà di architettura

Sehr fein, hab um 10 Euro ein bisschen von 3 verschiedenen Speisen probiert und bin jetzt gut satt. Perfekt zum Kennenlernen. Gezahlt wird bei der Bar nebenan, wo es guten Cappuccino und Tramezzini zu sehr fairen Preisen gibt.

I migliori panini che mi ricordi. Di panini ne ho mangiati un po dappertutto e non ricordo di averne mangiati di più buoni , solo la piadina romagnola fatta come si deve può reggere il confronto. Da non perdere.
